D-Tour Announcements
Hello D-Tour Dancers and Families,
We hope you had a very Happy Thanksgiving and that you enjoy the long weekend off. We have a few announcements that we shared with the dancers at our last D-Tour rehearsal.
- The Royal Ballet Theater production of “Alice in Wonderland” is this Sunday, November 26th at 10:30 a.m. at Bank Street Theater. This is a private showing; however, you may bring as many guests as you like. Tickets are $10 and are sold at the door.
- All hands on deck for our first annual visit with Santa Claus! We welcome a couple of parent volunteers and all D-Tour dancers. Dancers should wear black leggings, crazy socks, a green, white or red top and an elf hat (we have several at the studio, but if you have one at home, please feel free to bring your own. D-Tour dance photo with Santa will be at 10:45am. Dancers will work in several different capacities: craft helpers, bakery servers, Santa elves, and check in table.
- Please do your best to talk to friends and families about this event (11-1 on 12/10). We have many slots still available…$30/family, digital photo, crafts, snacks, and private visit with Santa.
- Our next rehearsal is Sunday, December 3rd from 1-4pm (specific times to report will be emailed the week before.
- Saturday, December 16th rehearsal is currently scheduled for 1-4pm. We may move this rehearsal to 10-1pm on the same day. If this is a problem, please let me know by replying to this email. This is not confirmed; we are just looking for an alternative time to accommodate some dancers who have a conflict.
