Snack Cart and Rehearsal this weekend!

Good afternoon D-Tour families,

We discussed several fundraisers at last week’s D-Tour meeting, and we are ready to get one started!
Sandi Giancaspro gave us the idea of a snack cart for the D-Tour dancers to use to hold the snacks
that are for sale. The cart that we ordered, and it matches our theme colors for the year!

What we would like next, is for families to sign up to send in a case of water or snacks for a particular month. If you would please email back, I will add your name to the list for that month. When I think that we have enough, I will reply to you and ask you to take a different month.

We would also like to have girls volunteer some time when they are here to selling snacks. If each girl takes time when they are here just waiting around for their next class, that would be great! The snack cart could be wheeled into the hallway every now and then, and then can be parked inside the study waiting area if the girls want to do homework. It’s sort of dependent on busy periods in the hallways.

When you reply with a month to send in snacks, please also let me know a day and time period when your dancer has waiting time here at the studio.

We will see you at D-Tour rehearsal this Saturday, September 30th. This will be our last rehearsal before Octoberfest. (We still do not have the time we are performing but will get this to you as soon as we know.) Here is the breakdown of rehearsal times:

3-4 Modern 3b and all of last year’s Modern 4 (including all of those who are now in Modern 5)
4-5 Everyone
5-6 Modern 5
