Spring Performance Volunteers and Rehearsal Information, important and reply requested
Good morning and happy snowy day to our dancers and families,
Attached, you will find important information about our spring performance rehearsal dates and volunteer information. We ask that you print the first page and post somewhere so you have the rehearsal information handy (it is also posted on our bulletin board). You should return the volunteer form to us no later than March 31st so we can organize all of the behind the scenes work that goes into making our performance a success. We thank you in advance for your assistance!
A few things to note about rehearsals…April 23rd is an all studio rehearsal at Studio D. You do not have to be there the whole day; we will give you specific times to report based on what classes your dancer is in. If you are one of the main characters, you should plan to be at the studio all day.
We will be in touch in a little while about the status of today’s (Wednesday’s) classes.
