Womens Center

Good afternoon everyone,

We’ve been invited to perform at the Danbury Women’s Center charity event  “Brookfield Dancing Stars Charity Gala” at the Amber Room in New Fairfield on Friday, September 15th in the evening.  Please see below for more information about the event.  I would like the Modern 4 and 5 classes to join me in choreographing a new piece that would be a background dance to the music “Time of my Life.”

Additionally, I would like the seven Modern 5 dancers from last year (please see the list below) to perform “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” at this event.

I would like to have the first rehearsal on Monday, August 28th from 5-6:30pm.  The second rehearsal would be Wednesday, September 6th from 6:30-7:30 for the “Time of My Life Piece” and the “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” will stay till 8pm.  This event was not originally listed in the calendar of events that you received by email, but it should be a lot of fun and it’s for a good cause!
