Yankee Candle…D-Tour Fundraiser for this year!

Hello D-Tour Dancers,

We’ve partnering with Yankee Candle® Fundraising to help achieve our D-Tour fundraising goal this year. They are the world’s #1 candle brand and they offer a wide range of premium candles, fragrances, and décor items at a very wide range of prices. But the most important thing to know is that 40% percent of every sale goes to us, making this an easy, yet profitable fundraiser. (Because of the increasing number of groups with pie fundraisers, we will not be selling pies this year.)

 

To meet our fundraising goal of $2,000, we ask each dancer to sell 8 candles or the equivalent of 8 candles (around $160 of merchandise).  Remember, any money we raise during fundraising will be applied to and deducted from your dancers’ Carnegie Hall payments.

 

There are 2 different ways we’ll be selling:

 

Catalog Sales

 

Use the beautiful, full-color catalog to sell to your local friends, family neighbors.  Check out the “rub and smell” fragrance dots inside the catalog to help choose the perfect candle.  Note that only catalog items may be listed on the order forms provided (not online items).

 

Important Dates:

Sale starts:  NOW!

Sale ends:  Oct. 13^th, 2019

 

All Money and Orders MUST be turned in by Oct. 13^th.

Delivery will be 2-4 weeks after receipt of orders (week of Nov. 11^th), perfect for Thanksgiving and holiday gift giving!

 

All money will be collected while taking orders in form of cash or check (made out to Studio D). Orders will be available for pickup at Studio D the week of Oct. 11.

 

Online Sales

 

Perfect for out of town family and friends across the country!  Over 500 items are offered online and orders will ship directly to the customer, yet profits will still go to our group!

If contacting out of town family and friends, or even posting on social media, feel free to copy and paste the above link and instructions.  It’s so important that the customer purchases through our link in order for us to receive credit for the sale!  We will be distributing the catalogs this week during Modern classes.  If your dancer doesn’t get one during Modern, we will hold onto it to give to her at Sunday’s workshop.
