Yearbook or DVD? That is the question…
Hi Studio D Families,
When you registered for this dance year, your registration fee included either one memory/yearbook OR one DVD per family. Many of you did not check this box, so we are not sure which to order for you. Please reply to this email with your choice. If you would like both, please submit an additional payment (cash or check only) in order to cover this cost, no later than June 10th. Attached, you will find a Memory book form to submit with your payment for extra books.
Please note, if you would like just one or the other for the family, this was covered in the cost of the registration.
When you reply, please include the following information:
Family Last Name
Dancer Full Name
Choice: (Memory Book or DVD)
If you want both, please let us know that and submit your payment in the amount of $25 by June 10th.
If we do not hear from you by this date, we will presume you would like a memory book and will order that for you!
